Four pedestrians were hit, and three of them killed by an out-of-control vehicle in Bloomington over the weekend.
A Dodge challenger was driving eastbound on Slover Avenue near Locust Avenue Sunday at 8:35 p.m. when the driver lost control and drove onto the sidewalk, hitting four pedestrians.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the victims were identified as a 13-year-old girl, a 17-year-old boy, and a 20-year-old man. Three of the four pedestrians were pronounced dead at the scene.
The fourth victim was taken to a local hospital and officials have not released an update on their condition.
It is believed that the victims are related.
The driver has been identified as a 19-year-old man. Drugs and alcohol do not appear to have been a factor in the accident.
